Experience That Connects Design With Operations
Joey P. Leslie, PE, SE, PLS, brings more than 20 years of experience in consulting engineering, land surveying, public works, water and wastewater utilities, project delivery, and executive utility management.
His experience includes the completion of hundreds of engineering and surveying projects in Georgia, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona. He has managed projects from beginning to end—including feasibility, funding, land and right-of-way acquisition, surveying, civil design, permitting, bidding, construction administration and management, closeout, and final delivery.
Joey has served as a consulting engineer, design engineer, surveyor, utility engineer, and General Manager of a regional water and sewer authority. This combination provides a practical understanding of how projects are designed, funded, constructed, operated, maintained, and ultimately experienced by the utility and its customers.
His uncommon combination of professional engineering, structural engineering, land-surveying, utility-management, and licensed operator experience allows Leslie & Associates to approach assignments from multiple perspectives and develop solutions appropriate to each client’s actual needs, budget, staffing, and operating conditions.
