corporate and private individuals achieve their engineering and land surveying
needs since 1985.
Located in the heart of Southern Utah, Cedar City, we offer a wide range of
services including civil engineering and land surveying.
Phylip J. Leslie, the President of Leslie & Associates Inc., began
practicing civil engineering in Cedar City in 1973. At that time he operated the
Cedar City branch of Coon King and Knowlton, an engineering firm headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Coon King and
Knowlton was later bought out by Daniel, Mann, Johnson, and Mendenhall (DMJM).
In 1985, Mr. Leslie purchased the Cedar City branch of D.M.J.M., and Leslie
& Associates began. Now, 23 years later, Leslie & Associates, Inc. is a
thriving engineering firm.
Phylip J. Leslie and his son Joey P. Leslie, both licensed Professional
Engineers (P.E.) and Professional Land Surveyors (L.S.), own and operate the
firm. Leslie & Associates, Inc. are members of the following associations.
